Free Breathwork to feel & release

Date: Thursday, 14th July 2022

Time: 10am AEST (13th April 2022 at 8pm EDT)

Join me for an active breathing meditation using the conscious connected breath to facilitate emotional releases and allowing your nervous system to complete stress cycles and return back to balance. 

This session is for you, if you are ready to:

- process unintegrated experiences to create more inner capacity

- release difficult emotions, such as anger, sadness, fear to move out of reactivity

- heal inner wounding to come back to living in the present moment

By entering an altered state of consciousness, Breathwork allows us to access parts of our subconscious that we normally aren't aware of or can't connect to. 

You will experience how deep conscious breathing helps quiet the mind, to access and release unprocessed energy in the body, gain clarity and inspiration and connect deeper with yourself. 

- I will guide you through a 40 minute Breathwork journey that will enable you to clear out mental, emotional and physical blockages. 

- Set to carefully curated music to bring you on a powerful journey into profound states of awareness using only sound, breath and movement and guided by your own inner intelligence

- This kind of breathwork combines dynamic breathing techniques from ancient traditions and research from modern neuroscience together with a sound experience that will enable you to bypass the mind and drop into your body.

The Flow of the Workshop:

Here is what's going to happen during the 90 minutes workshop:

- Arrival and grounding

- introductory talk

- Preparing to get ready to breathe and answering final questions

- 40-minute Breathwork journey using the conscious connected breathing technique

- Integration sharing circle and Q&A

Contraindications - PLEASE READ:

Even though, integrative Breathwork is a very safe and powerful practice, it is not recommended for the following conditions:

- Pregnancy

- untreated/severe PTSD or CPTSD

- Detached retina

- Heart conditions or arrhythmia

- High blood pressure or low blood pressure with fainting history

- Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis

- pre-existing lung disease

- recent major surgery

For anyone with the above conditions I recommend that you seek the approval of your doctor before practicing this kind of Breathwork.

How to prepare for the session:

- Make sure you have space to comfortably sit up or lie down and where you feel safe and can be undisturbed for the duration of the workshop (bed, couch or floor on a yoga mat)

- blanket and pillow

- tissues

- Some drinking water

- headphones for the full sound experience, recommended

- wear loose, comfortable clothing

- make sure your laptop or mobile device is fully charged or plugged in for it to last the entire session

- do not consume alcohol or any other substances on the day of the session

- Only eat a very light meal or a smaller snack before the session (best to breathe on an empty stomach)

- set extra time aside for integration after the workshop (eg. journaling, a nature walk, a warm bath, etc)

- Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time to make sure we can start on time. 

This is a fully supported live session and for beginner and experiences breathers alike. 

This is a live experience. There will be no recordings to guarantee a safe space and to integrate together after the breathing journey.
